Is Twickerz a SCAM?

Of course not :)),,, I registered at Twickerz on August 2012. I clicked on ads for 2 months but it's a real low-paying ptc, paying 0.0001 for the daily ads and there are fixed ads (yellow) color which is about 10-15 ads per day @ 0.001. Since I am new to this PTC and everything has to be tested before investing any amount. I had invested wrongly to a site that I paid $ 8.00 for a month period upgrade, I also rented referrals @7.00, but honestly I didn't get back my investment because the referrals I didn't really work as promised. my premium membership ended I earned nothing because the minimum payout is too high at $8.00... I stopped my membership, there's no point to continue with them.

After that, I managed to look and check on what Twickerz has to offer. I have to start on low upgrades until I fully test the website. I am now upgraded at Level 1 - $10.00/year. I am renting referrals to help me boost my earnings. So far I can say that I can get my investment + earnings little by little. I can recommend TWICKERZ now because I have successful widthrawal already.
I am just hoping that the site admin, who is a FIlipina doesn't change the purpose of their PTC.
I'm wishing that they continue with the business and do not copy those heartless scammers.
